My name is Ms. Balbin and I am an ESL teacher at P.S. # 3 & P.S. # 1! I am excited to be working in our learning process this school year! As part of the curriculum, we will be learning about reading and writing fundamentals. Every child can learn and in our class, students will be given several strategies to strengthen their skills.
