   Welcome to Minnie Ruffin's Health and Physcial Education class.  The focus of this class is to help all students become the healthiest versions of themselves while introducing them to a wide variety of physical activity that encourages being and staying active.  

   I graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a B.S. in Exercise Science.   I played football four years while I attended the University.  After graduation I moved to Baton Rouge, La for three years where I attened Our Lady of the Lake College and earned my AAS of Physical Therapy.
