Thank you for visiting Mr. Flesch's Intro to Culinary 8 Homepage.

 

Intro to Culinary is designed for 8th grade students to start learning and understanding Cooking, Baking, Safety and Sanitation in the kitchen. Students are taught the basics of cooking techniques, team work, safety and cleanliness. As a class, we try and have a safe and fun atmosphere along with a detailed learning classroom.Students will learn knife skills, baking and cooking techniques, team work, accountability and the basics of Culinary knowledge to eventually take them into High School, where if they chose, to go into even more detail and possibly a career in Culinary.

 

All Students grades are updated as frequently as possible on OnCourse. Please check there for all of your students grades.
