Music At High Mountain
This year, 5th grade, 6th grade, & 7th grade will have music class once a week.
We will be studying a lot of music history and applying it to music today!
In 5th grade, we will study:
- American Music Genres
- World Music
- Music Theory
- Composition
In 6th grade, we will study:
- Classical Music
- History Of Jazz
- World Music
- African and Latin percussion
In 7th grade, we will study:
- Copyright and Parody
- Music, Media, and Technology
- History of Rock and Pop
