Happy Spring!
As we begin the last trimester we will be focused on preparing for first grade! What to expect:
1. Writing...Writing...Writing!
2. Quick listening to directions
3. Writing numbers 0-20 and counting to 100!
4. Quick identification of letters and letter sounds to continue to sound words out.
Reading to your children is just as important as them practicing their reading. This helps build on their expressive language and comprehension skills.
Your children should continue reading their 100 book bag challenge books at home, sight words, and practice writing their first and last name using correct letter formation.
