Welcome to our Class!
My name is Mrs. Carmona, and I am excited to be your child’s ESL teacher for the 2026–2027 school year.
This year, I will be teaching eighth-grade English as a Second Language at the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Our class will focus on building confidence and skills in reading, writing, speaking, listening, vocabulary, and grammar.
I believe every student can grow and succeed. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive classroom where students feel comfortable using English, asking questions, and sharing their ideas.
A successful school year is a partnership between students, families, and teachers. I will keep you informed about your child’s progress, classroom activities, assignments, and important school events. Your encouragement at home makes a meaningful difference.
