My name is Jyar Francis. I was born and raised in Hammond, Louisana. I graduated from Ponchatoula High school but eventually found my way back home. I am the new Algebra I inclusion teacher and assistant girl's basketball coach here at Hammond High Magnet School. I graduated of Southeastern Louisiana University. Go Lions!!
I am looking forward to working with you and your child during the 2020-2021 school year. As we begin distance learning, it is important to establish expectations so that we can maximize the success for teachers and students. My expectation is to be here for you and child and provide any additional help that you or your child may need. My goal this year is to create an environment that will motivate and courage students that will increase the student succes and academic achievement.
