Grades in my classes are determined using the following three categories:

Classwork (35%)

Tests/Quizzes (30%)

Laboratory Reports/Participation (35%)

In order to relieve the stress associated with tests and quizzes, I allow all scholars the opportunity to retake any tests or quizzes that they would like to retake using their notes, the posted Google Slides (found in the Google Classroom), or by coming to me for help. 

If a scholar decides to retake a quiz or test, I will average both their original score and the score they recieved on the retake to calculate their final grade for the assignment. A scholar's grade will never be negatively affected by retaking a quiz or test!
