Welcome Back!!
Dear Parents/Students,
My name is Ms. Jenna Adams, I am your child’s3rd/4th grade ELA Teacher.I would like to welcome you and your child to the 3rd/4th grade. I am looking forward to working with your child during the 2021-2022 school years. This year will be different than any other year due to covid-19. I will do everything I can to keep your child safe from germs. Students will be required to wear a mask daily for their own safety as well as others. I believe communication is important to your child’s academic success. My classroom discipline involves rules, rewards, and consequences. Students are expected to follow BARK rules. This is a campus wide program that is strictly enforced. BARK rules carry over into the various classroom rules and procedures that I maintain. Students will start with an “A” each day in my class. If a student’s behavior becomes a problem they will move their card to B, C, D, or F. You will be notified if there are persistent problems. This year is an important year for your child. They will take the state mandated LEAP in the spring. It is important that your child strives to do his/her best this year. As a reminder, school begins at 7:55 a.m. and dismisses at 3:00 p.m. Please feel free to call or see me when necessary at this time. Again, I want to welcome you and I look forward to a great year.
Sincerely,
Jenna Adams
