Hello everyone, my name is Coach Means, and I am the Physical Education and Health teacher.  I also coach basketball at JLO and football at LPE.  I graduated from East St. John High in 2014 and Nicholls State University in 2019.  I have a degree in Physical Education and Health, a certification in teaching, and a personal training certification.  I look forward to having a GREAT school year with you and your scholar.
