Welcome to Preschool!
I am so excited to be returning to preschool this year. Just like last year, I have assigned each student a 15 minute time slot to come into the classroom to explore. Family Day will be held on Friday, September 8th. Please see the Family Day Time Slots link below to find your child's name and time slot. Please be courteous of your assigned time slot so that we can keep a smooth transition from one group to another. Please remember that Family Day is a chance for your child to come into the classroom and explore the different areas and things we have. Any questions you may have about the program and classroom can be answered at Back to School Night. Back to School Night will be held on Thursday, October 5th. I will be putting the exact time in my newsletter as soon as I know.
Below is the link to the 2023-2024 Welcome Packet. A hard copy of this packet will also go home on Family Day. This packet contains different information about the class, such as our curriculum, what your child should bring with them, classroom wish list, and different opportunities for parents to be involved in class activities. I have also linked the 2023-2024 Preschool Calendar as well as the district Preschool Welcome Letter from our Director of Pupil Service, Paulette DiNardo & our PreK-5 Special Education Supervisor, Dr. Beth Hoffman. Please look over these documents prior to Back to School Night so that you can come with questions, if you have any.
Our first official day of school is Monday, September 11th.
It is a full-day, so our program will run from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
