Hello Champ Cooper Families,
I was born in Gretna, Louisiana and then my dad was transferred to Jonesboro, Arkansas when I was five. So I went to school in Jonesboro and spent my summers in my grandfather's cabin in Pass Christian, Mississippi. My dad was tranferred back to Louisiana when I was a junior in college, so I have been visiting here my entire life. I moved to East Texas after college and raised two sons. I taught 4th and 5th grade for 13 years in Texas and I taught 5th Grade Resource in Arkansas for 2 years. Now, I am back in Louisiana to be closer to my family. I love being back in Louisiana and I am looking forward to teaching another year at Champ Cooper.
