HOMEWORK POLICY
Students are expected to read at home daily for a minimum of 20 minutes. Occasionally, students may need additional time to complete writing tasks at home. It is the responsibility of the student to finish any work that is not completed during class time on their own time.
MAKEUP WORK POLICY
It is the responsibility of the student to check the make-up work folder upon their return to school. Students will be allowed three days to make up work once they return. If the student is out for an extended absence, I will work with him or her to establish a timeline for assignments. If the student fails to complete the makeup work after notification, he or she will receive a score of “0” in the gradebook.
