Hello everyone! Welcome to my first grade class!!
I will be your child's teacher this year. I have been teaching since August 2012. I graduated from McNeese State Univeristy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. I taught PreK-3 for one year, 2nd for five years, 3rd grade for four years, and I am now teaching my second year of 1st grade and also my second year at Loranger Elementary School. I am also currently working on earning my master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction with a concentration in reading and literacy. I love teaching children! It is truly my passion and what I feel God has called me to do. I am also a wife and mother to three children.
I am very excited to be teaching your child this year!! I look forward to a year of learning together, growing together, setting goals and reaching them, and having lots of fun!!
