Work at Home:

Improving reading and writing skills is a lifelong pursuit. The best way to improve these life skills is to do them often! Students should aim reading most nights. A good goal is 15 to 20 pages or about 30 minutes a session. Writing regularly is a great way to improve the life skill of critical thinking as well as writing. Again, doing a bit of writing several times a week, even for just a few minutes, is the path to success. If you struggle to come up with ideas, below is a link to 650 great prompt questions to get you started. Open that Writer's Notebook and get going!
