¡Hola! My name is Mrs. Gómez and I will be teaching your son/daughter Spanish this year! I am so excited to start a new school year and get to know my students and their families!
¡Hola! Soy la Sra. Gómez estare enseñando a su hijo/a Español este año escolar. Estoy muy contenta de empezar este curso y conocer a mis estudiantes y sus familias.
Spanish is my native language, but I have also studied abroad and extensively traveled in Spain during my Masters and had the honor of visiting other Spanish speaking countries through the years. I am extremely passionate about the Spanish language and culture and cannot wait to inspire my students to develop a love for the life-long learning of Spanish and other foreign languages!
Español es mi idioma nativo pero además he estudiado en otros países como España durante mi Masters y he tenido el honor de visitar tantos países que hablan el Español a través de los años. Soy muy apasionada con está mi primera lengua y nuestra cultura. No puedo esparar para inspirar a mis estudiantes y que en ellos crezca el amor por está lengua y por el estudio de otros lenguajes.
The class will be conducted in Spanish most of the time. In each unit taught it will be provided ample opportunities for the students to explore the language and culture.
