About Me:

I am a second year Kingsway Dragon. I grew up in Delaware. I attended Archmere Academy. I then attended St. Joseph's University for my B.S. Elementary/Special education and M.S. Reading Specialist/ ESL. I lived and taught in Philadelphia for a few years. This will be my seventh year of teaching. I coach volleyball at Kingsway High School. I will be running the volleyball club at the middle school this year.

Course Study:

Literature provides the student with a variety of genres: short stories, novels, fiction, non-fiction, drama, and science fiction. The study of each story entails vocabulary usage, an array of comprehension skills, and written responses grounded in textual evidence. Students will also analyze literary terms as they relate to the readings.
