Evaluation Key 

The students are evaluated using numbers B - beginning, D - developing, S - secure, NA - not applicable, NI - needs improvement.

The evaluation key is as follows:

Secure - indicates student consistantly works on grade level academic standards and expectations.

Developing -indicates that the student is working towards grade level academics standards and expectations.

Beginning - -requires frequent instructional guidance -needs modified instructional assignments - produces work of inconsistent quality -needs frequent reteaching and additional practice -shows little evidence of critical and creative thinking skills 

1 -requires continual instructional guidance -is unable to complete modified instructional assignments -quality of work is consistently poor -needs constant reteaching and additional practice -shows no evidence of critical and creative thinking skills

 

Report Card Scale: B, D, S

 

S (Secure) - requires minimal instructional guidance -consistently grasps instructional concepts -consistently produces high-quality work -consistently applies and extends learned skills -consistently demonstrates critical and creative thinking skills

 

D (Developing) - requires regular instructional guidance -usually grasps instructional concepts -usually produces work of satisfactory quality -shows evidence of critical and creative thinking skills

 

B (Beginning) -requires continual instructional guidance -is unable to complete modified instructional assignments -quality of work is consistently poor -needs constant reteaching and additional practice -shows no evidence of critical and creative thinking skills
