Mrs. Smith’s Behavior Expectations:

  1. If you create a problem for yourself, I will expect you to handle it yourself (with a little guidance from me if you want it).  EXAMPLE - Problem:  Coming to class without a pencil    Problem Solving:  trade for a pencil and move on

  2. If you create a problem for someone else, including the teacher or a classmate, I will do something.  NOTE: I treat every student as a unique individual and each situation as a unique case. Consequences will be based on the situation.  I will always strive to be fair and communicate to families at home.
