Welcome to Mr. Platt's Resource Class!
My name is Scott Platt and I am the in class Resource Room teacher for 2nd and 3rd grade. I am very excited for a year of fun and learning! This is my fourth year teaching Resource Room at Maurice River Elementary.
My goal is to provide individualized instruction to each student that addresses their specific needs according to their IEP and learning style. Throughout the school year we will work on the foundational skills and concepts that will help your child grow in math, reading, and writing.
