What Are We Working On?

Science:  Students will be able to discover what dormice do to prepare for a winter of hibernation.

 

 

Math:  Students will be able to find an unknown number in an addition equation. 

 

 

Writing: Students will be able to write statement sentences by putting the words in the correct order.  Students will be able to write short e words in a sentence.

 

Reading: Students will be able to segment and blend short e words: ten, net, bell, etc.

Students will be able to make and confirm predictions in a story. Students will identify what a realistic fiction story is: A story that is made up, BUT can be true.

 

 

Health: Students will be able to recognize their personal traits and what makes them special when learning about self-esteem.

 

Social Studies: Students will be able to identify different community helpers and describe their roles.
