Science: Students will be able to describe the life cycle of a pumpkin.Students will be able to compare & contrast apples and pumpkins.
Math: Students will be able to use a ten-frame to add two numbers , to make a 10. Students will be able to demonstrate how to find the sum in various math centers.
Writing: Students will be able to write statement sentences using a capital letter and period at the end of their sentences. Students will be able to write short (i) words like lip, fix, sit, win, miss ect...
Reading: Students will be able to segment and blend short (i) words. Students will be able to identify story elements such as: main characters, settings, problem & solution in a story. Students will identify what is a fantasy story: a story that is made up.
Health: Students will be able to identify what to do in the event of a fire emergency. Students will be able to recognize safe and unsafe behaviors related to fire
Social Studies: Students will be able to identify their cultural heritage for Hispanic Heritage Month.
