I want to take this opportunity to express my excitement about working with your child this year. I am your child’s Spanish teacher here at Hammond High Magnet School, home of the fighting TORS. We are beginning an exciting journey together as your child learns more about the Spanish language and culture.
I believe Spanish is a beautiful language, and learning a second language is going to be important as your child grows up in this ever-expanding global economy. I ask that you support me by positively reinforcing to your child the importance of expanding their horizons in this manner.
