About the Teacher...
I have been working at Eisenhower Elementary for 10 years now with expierence in Kindergarten and First Grade. Mrs. Nicholson and I co-teach in an inclusion classroom.
Here are some things you can work on with your child:
- writing his/her full name
- identifying letters and knowing their sound
-writing letters and numbers properly on the lines.
- reviewing sight words
- counting objects in a group and identify numbers
- buttoning and zippering clothes independently
- hanging a jacket on a hanger
- tying shoes
- memorizing full name, address , and phone number
