About the Teacher…
I have been teaching at Eisenhower School since 2003. I received my Master of Arts in Teaching from The College of New Jersey and have experience teaching kindergarten, first, and third grade.
Here are some things you can work on with your child:
- Writing and identifying his/her first name
- Identifying letters and knowing their sounds
- Writing letters and numbers properly within the lines
- Reviewing sight words
- Counting objects in a group and identifying numbers
- Buttoning and zipping clothes independently
- Hanging a jacket on a hanger
- Tying shoes
- Memorizing full name, address, and phone number
*Don't forget to read with your child daily.
