Hello and welcome,

 

My name is Deborah Volz; I teach English as a Second Language for students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade.

 

This year, Newcomer students in the bilingual program will be learning how to communicate with basic English vocabulary in a variety of situations. Intermediate and advanced level students will be learning academic vocabulary which will allow them to succeed in content area classes and will help prepare them for high school, college, and their future careers.
