Dear Parent/Guardian:
It is an honor to introduce myself as the Principal of Osbornville Elementary School and to join this extraordinary school community. I arrived at Osbornville in August of 2022 as I entered my 34th year in education. . During this time, I have held multiple curriculum supervisory positions in which I worked in tandem with Mrs. Michelle Cloud on building literacy skills K-12. I most recently served as one of the Assistant Principals at Brick Memorial High School and Supervisor of World Language.
Both of my children attended Osbornville Elementary- so I am familiar with the embedded tradition and sense of pride that the students and their families bring to the building
To make introductions easier when we meet for the first time, I thought I would help you with the pronunciation of my last name- which is always tricky: van nahs dale.
At Brick Memorial, the staff, students, and parents affectionately (I hope!) called me Mrs. V. That works for me here too and certainly will make life easier for our littlest learners!
