Word Masters is a challenging vocabulary and analogy contest.

This is a voluntary activity and students compete on a local and national level.

Students are given a list of 25 advanced vocabulary words three times (called meets) throughout the school year.

They must learn all the definitions, derivates, and subtle meanings of each word.

Wordmasters students will typically meet during HAWK time or lunch, about once every two weeks.

Independent activities will also be assigned.
