Welcome to Pre-K !

My name Mrs. Patrice Esposito I am very excited to have the opportunity to share this school year with you and your child in his/her Pre-K  experience.  Because I will be getting to know your child very well this year, I wanted to share with you a few things about myself, both personally and professionally.

Teaching is what I do because I love it.  I love the interaction with your children and my philosophy is simple, motivate your children to love learning by doing all I can to make our environment bright, engaging and fun!   I want to work with each of your children to help them achieve his/her highest abilities.

I understand that you have entrusted me with your most treasured possession, your child.  I will respect your child and give them my full attention and together with your help, I am sure we can make their Pre-K year a very “Happy” experience. Please feel free to contact me at any time via email at [email protected]

What Did You Do Today?

When children come home
at the end of the day
The question they're asked as
they scurry to play is,
"Tell me what did you do today?"

And the answer they give makes
you sign with dismay-
NOTHING I did NOTHING today!
Perhaps NOTHING means that I
played with the blocks or counted to ten.

Maybe I painted a picture of red and blue,
or heard a story about a mouse that flew.
Maybe today was the very first time,
that my scissors followed a straight line.
Maybe I sang a song from beginning to end
or played with a brand new special friend.

When you're only in Pre-K
and your heart has wings-
NOTHING can mean SO MANY THINGS!
