Hello! My name is Greta Gennace, and I am the Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant (LDT-C) at Stony Brook Elementary School. I am proud to say that this is my second year as Learning Consultant at Stony Brook. I have my undergraduate degree from Temple University in Elementary and Special Education. Additionally, I earned my Master's degree from Rutgers University in Special Education with an LDT-C certificate. I hold New Jersey State Certifications in Elementary K-8, Teacher of Students with Special Needs, and Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant.
Before this position, I was a special education teacher at Central High School teaching a variety of classes, such as: Resource Room English 11/12 , In-Class Support English 9 and 10, Academic Essentials English 9/10, and Seminar for Executive Functioning.
