This course is desgined to student's knwoledge, awareness, understanding, practices, and appreciation in Health and Physical Education. The student's performance skill in various sports will be challenged, and the development of motor skills through movement concepts and principles will be encouraged. Physical fitness will be emphasized through individual fitness evaluations, programs of exercise stressing cardiovascular and aerobic endurance and the setting of goals , which promote fitness in all students. Activities will focus on participation, both as individuals and as memebers of a team.
