Welcome to 4th Grade!
Welcome to Team Carter! Fourth grade is an exciting year filled with new challenges, opportunities, and adventures in learning. Students will continue building their independence, strengthening their problem-solving skills, and developing a deeper understanding of important concepts in math and science.
My goal is to create a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom where your child feels encouraged to ask questions, take academic risks, and grow as a learner. I want students to enjoy learning while developing the skills and confidence they need to be successful in fourth grade and beyond.
I am excited to work with your child this school year and help them reach their full academic potential. Together, we will celebrate growth, overcome challenges, and work toward achieving our learning goals.
I believe a strong parent-teacher partnership is an important part of student success. Throughout the year, I will communicate with families through the ClassDojo App, email, telephone calls, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences.
