As of now, we are closed until further notice. For the duration of the closure we will be reviewing and preparing for the AP Exam. Please make sure that you continue reading ASMCO and complete the assignments posted. The marking period ends April 8th and I will still submit grades for the work you complete. If you have not completed the Period 6 LEQ that was due February 24th, you may still submit it for half credit. If not, it is a 0. I will continue to use Summit, AP Classroom, Khan Academy (please enroll in the course if you have not). I will also be using Zoom Monday - Friday from 2:00 p.m. - 2:45 p.m. Below are the links for all resources and daily assignments. As always, message me on Remind if you have any questions.

AP EXAM 2020 UPDATE:

Due to COVID-19, the APUSH exam scheduled for Friday, May 15, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. College Board announced that the APUSH exam will be one DBQ with 5 documents. You have 45 minutes to resopnd to the prompt and 5 minutes to submit your response. 

 

 

Summit: APUSH Exam Review Project

Review assignments and resources are posting in Summit under the APUSH Exam Review Project. This project beings Monday, April 6. 

 

Summit: Remote Learning Project due 3/31.

There is a project in Summit called Remote Learning. There will be links to take quizzes using Google Forms. I will also send the links via Remind. All checkpoints, quizzes, and final product are due 3/31.

Remote Learning Final Project Summit.

If you are having trouble using Summit, you can complete the assignment in Google Docs and share the doc with me. Share/Email the doc to fjohnson@camden.k12.nj.us. The final product assignment is:

 

In no less than 250 words, if you could meet any famous person from history, who would you like to meet and why? The person can be from any time period, can be from World History, and any field (science, art, music, math, literautre, politics, etc.). Include the following in your response: 

 

a. Who is the person and what did they accomplish/what are they famous for?

 

b. In your opinion, were they a positive or negaitive person in history?

 

c. Why did you pick this person?

 

d. What do you hope to learn from this person?

 

e. What is this person's legacy? If they are lesser known, why should we know more about them.
