IMMUNIZATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR INCOMING 6TH GRADERS

THE tDAP AND MENACTRA ARE MANDATORY ACCORDING TO STATE LAW

 

THESE IMMUNIZATIONS ARE DUE UPON ENTRANCE

 

Students that do not turn 11 until after school starts have 2 weeks

from their birthday to submit their paperwork.
