Physical Education gives students an oppurtunity to develop and progress in all learning domains! At Brick Memorial High School, we will strive for students to grow in Spirit, Mind, and Body!
By the time a student leaves our Physical Education and Health program, our goal is for each of them to become a physically educated student!
A Physically Educated Student:
- Has learned skills necessary to perform a variety of physical activities
- is physically fit - Progression in all 5 components of fitness
- Participates regularly in physical activitiy
- Knows the implications and benefits from involvment in physical activities
- Values physical activity and its contributions to a healthy life style
- Demonstrates good decision making
- Encourages other students and values individual differences
