Welcome to First Grade! My name is Ms. Izquierdo, and I am excited to be your child’s teacher this school year. I have a passion for helping young learners grow academically, socially, and emotionally in a positive and supportive classroom environment. I look forward to a wonderful year filled with learning, growth, and new discoveries!

 

In our classroom, we strive to create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment where every student feels valued and ready to learn. We practice being respectful, kind, responsible, and good listeners while learning to work together and solve problems. I encourage my students to always try their best, learn from their mistakes, and celebrate their progress along the way. Together, we will build a classroom community where everyone can grow, feel confident, and succeed!
