Normally, Social Living tests are given on Wednesdays, and Math tests are given on Thursdays.  This is subject to change based on Teacher's discretion.  Check the weekly newsletter and your child's assignment pad for any changes.

 

 

What should you study?

                                                                                                                                   
Math - current practice / homework pages in the Go Math book and skill sheets / interactive notebook components (glued or hole punched in) in binder.

 

Social Living - current chapter in Science or Social Studies textbook, workbook pages, and possible additional skill sheets in the subject's section in the binder.

Power school is where you can access grades

PowerSchool Parent Portal

PowerSchool Parent Portal gives parents and students access to real-time information including attendance, grades and detailed assignment descriptions, school bulletins, lunch menus and even personal messages from the teacher.

Everyone stays connected: Students stay on top of assignments, parents are able to participate more fully in their student's progress, and teachers can use their gradebook to make decisions on what information they want to share with parents and students.

How to Log In to PowerSchool Parent Portal

  1. Open your Web browser to the PowerSchool Parent Portal http://powerschool.lpsb.org/public  The login page will appear.
  2. Username: Student ID # (received from school)*
    Enter your password in the second field. Password: (received from school)* Note: The characters appear as asterisks (*) to ensure greater security when you log in.

  3. Click Enter. The PowerSchool Grades and Attendance page appears.

*If you did not receive a username and password for your student .... call the school.*
