PROCEDURES
Regarding Homework:
Agendas are purchased for the students. This is where all of your child's assignments will be recorded. I am asking that you sign the agenda each day so that I know you are aware of all assignments and that all assignments have been completed. You can expect homework to be assigned every night, Monday through Thursday. Also, please use this agenda if you need to write me a short note or ask a question. If at any time you would like to meet with me, please don't hesitate to set up a conference.
Behavior:
Students have behavior cards to keep track of when they are caught being good. A student can earn stickers for good behavior as an individual, as a group, or as a whole class. Once a sticker chart has been filled in, students can then choose a prize. Prizes are a variety of 'school tools' (pencils, marking pens, highlighters, notepads, stickers, erasers, bookmarks, magnets, books).
