What goes on in The Park Cafe?  Students learn about cost and profit. They learn about customer service by waiting on customers and cash register procedures by checking out purchases.  Learn inventory control by ordering and checking in merchandising.  Learn real accounting by using real spreadsheets to post transactions.  And the importance of advertising in increasing sales.
