My belief is that "All Children Can Learn." Each child is unique and I believe in using various teaching strategies in order to reach all types of learners.

As a teacher, I see myself as a facilitator and positive role model for the children. I foster each child's strengths and help them with their weaknesses. I strongly believe in providing a safe, caring and democratic environment in my classroom.
