Should My Child Stay Home Ill Today?

 

Your child should stay home ill if:

1. They have or had a temperature of 100°F. or more in the last 24 hours or
2. They have vomited in the last 24 hours or
3. They have had diarrhea in the last 24 hours or
4. They have a draining rash, pimple or sore.   Any draining pimple or lesion will require a doctor's note in order to return to school.
5. Your child seems very tired and lethargic even though they slept throughout the night.

 

  If necessary, doctor's notes or other documents, can be scanned and emailed to [email protected] or my fax number -732 749 8250.  Please call your child out sick by leaving a message at 732 785 3000 ext. 4500. If you would like to leave a specific message about your child's illness or consult with the school nurse, please dial extension 4501.
