Dear students and parents/guardians,

 

 

Welcome to 8th grade science with Mrs. Fernandez-Nieves.  I am one of the eighth grade science teachers at WNYMS. This is my thirteenth year teaching.  

 

Science class is primarily hands-on and project based. There are several quizzes and tests given through out each marking period to assess content knowledge. Homework is only assigned when classwork isn't completed in class.   

 

On-line textbook, homework, Google Classroom, and grading policy can easily be accessed by selecting the appropriate link on the right hand side. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me by email.
