FINANCIAL LITERACY (CP)

Course Description

 

 

 

One of the most important skills students can learn as they prepare for college and/or career is successful money management. This course will explore the financial aspects of earning, spending, saving, investing, and protecting the money they acquire. As they learn to become critical consumers, students will gain the knowledge to distinguish between wants and needs and gain the confidence to be able to act responsibly to achieve their short term and long term goals. This course satisfies the NJ State graduation requirement for Financial Literacy. 

Students will be completing the High School curriculum from the Next Gen Personal Finance program.  Students will be completing tasks the are part of their High School Semester Course Program.
