*If not assigned a placement during the current round of fieldwork experience dates (or if you cannot go due to a conflict with a placement's schedule), please report to your normal MSA afternoon classes on regular fieldwork days for attendance!
- Sign out in the main office prior to leaving for your fieldwork placements (even if you are with our Athletic Trainer in the high school).
- You must notify your placement contacts and fill out the absence form ahead of time, if you will not be attending on any regulary scheduled fieldwork day!
- If you are reporting later than normal, you must fill out the absence/lateness form prior to 11 am.
- You must complete the Google Attendance form by the deadline or lose credit.
