Albany Middle is always looking for ways to better prepare our students to excel in all areas. With computerized, standardized testing, we wanted to offer easy access to this free site. Practice on this site will allow students to increase their typing speed, which will help them meet the time constraints in place on  standardized tests in the future.

You may enter the free Typing Web website by clicking the picture below:

Albany Middle utilizes procedures for keeping everyone safe when visitors come to the

school. In order to maintain awareness of those on campus and remain highly vigilant

of visitors in the buildings we utilize surveillance cameras, cellular phones, walkie talkies and School Resource Officers. If you visit our campus, we ask that you enter the front doors of the school and report directly to the office and remain inside the office until you have finished the visit.  All other entrances to the school are for students, faculty, and staff only. We require a picture ID and check your child's information sheet to ensure whoever is here is allowed to check out students, request records, participate in conferences, etc. If you are scheduled to go anywhere on campus other than the office, you will be issued a pass with your name, destination, date and time of arrival. Once you have finished the visit, we ask that you report back to the office to turn the pass.  Your child's safety is  as important to us as it is to you.  Thank you for your support, cooperation and understanding.
