Welcome to Kindergarten!
Hello there! My name is Mrs. LeighAnn Fay-Kerper and I am delighted to be your child’s teacher this year! Our classroom aide is Mrs. Beth Ann Barnard. We are all looking forward to working with you and your child this year. Kindergarten is a time of new beginnings, making new friends and learning each and every day. We will meet and greet you outside the Kindergarten area and from there we will take them into the classroom. We cannot develop independent workers without your help. It takes time, patience and love! Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Here are a few suggestions to make our classroom run a little smoother:
Child’s name -Put it on anything that comes to school!
Bookbag -Try to get one and be sure to check it every night!
Homework -It will be given Monday-Thursday. Sign all homework.
Lunch -All students pay daily until you are notified of your status.
Newsletters -I will try to send one home monthly. Please read them!
Birthdays -NO PARTIES ARE PERMITTED
Toys -Please keep them at home.
Money -If you are sending $ to school, please place it in an envelope, clearly marked with your child’s name, date, amount and purpose
