WFHS 2018 Student/Parent Orientation

Girls- Tuesday, July 31, 2018- 8:30 AM

Boys- Wednesday, August 1, 2018- 8:30 AM

Walker Freshman High will be holding orientation meetings for parents/guardians and students prior to the start of school. The meeting will help provide some general expectations and guidelines for parents and guardians as well as help orient students to high school and our campus. Students are welcome, and we ask they wear school uniform, if in attendance. We will meet according to the following schedule with the meeting lasting approximately 90 minutes:

Parents/guardians and students should report to the auditorium once you arrive on campus. Students will transition to a meeting in the cafeteria at the beginning of the event while parents/guardians will remain in the auditorium.

On the first day of school (8/8/18), students will report to the gym to pick up their schedules. Students who are unable to attend the orientation will still have the majority of general procedures and expectations discussed in class meetings, school assembly, and in their student handbook.

We hope you have a great summer and we look forward to meeting you!
