The accelerated reader (AR) program is used to test your child's comprehension skills. Your child will read books, according to their reading level, and then take AR tests on the material. The test will ask questions based upon what your child read. These books can be read in class, at home, with a friend, or independently. The program only allows students to take tests at school during allotted times. AR tests are available Monday-Friday 7:15-3:15.
Goals are set each 9 weeks by Mrs. Mullican.
Please encourage your child to read daily.
