Week of May 4th- May 8th

 Thank you everyone for the awesome participation and communication during remote learning so far.  This week I will post ONE video for all grades.  The video will include a warm up for everyone along with FOUR different exercises. Please see the correct number of repetitions for each exercise below according to each grade level.  You can also go back to view any of the excercise videos I posted in previous weeks.   Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. I understand everyone is in a different situation so please be CREATIVE with the assignments and make the most of them.
