Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized instruction and support students with special needs.
* Develop and implement strategies that address diverse learning needs.
* Collaborate with classroom techers to modify any assignment.
* Work with students on a one to one basis as required.
* Monitor student progress/grades and maintain accurate records of achievement and growth.
* Support students in developing study skills, organization, and self-advocacy.
* Provide modifications and accommodations per students' IEPs.
* Create a possitive, supportive and inclusive environment that encourages growth and confidence.
