School Days… So much fun!!
Welcome to First Grade!
About Me - Mrs. Janusz
This will be my 27th year teaching. I taught a mixture of kindergarten and first grade. I live in Warren County. I have a husband, two sons, Robert (18) and Ryan (13). We have a dog named Ruger and a cat named Chester. You will hear lots of stories about them. My family loves to camp at Otter Lake in PA. Our camper stays there all year long. I love to be outside, work in my gardens and watch my boys play basketball. I love teaching first grade because it is so fun to watch you all learn every day. We are going to have a fantastic year!
Meet the Teacher
I am looking forward to meeting you in person at the "Family Walkthroughs'". You can drop by August 27th between 11-12 to see the classroom and your teachers! Plan to be here for around 10 minutes or so.
When you come, please bring with you all your new school supplies so we can get things organized and ready for the first day of school. Don’t forget to label your child’s belongings (backpack, pencil box, lunch box, jackets, headphones, and water bottle) . Most supplies are shared, so you will not need to label those.

I will be using the seesaw phone app to share exciting happenings in our class with you. Please load the seesaw app to your cell phones and use this link to join https://app.seesaw.me/s/631-587-292. I will also provide a QR code to join at our Meet the Teacher day.
Please make sure your Pick Up Patrol settings are accurate. If there are any changes to your child’s dismissal plan, please update Pick Up Patrol before 1:00. Your child will need a healthy daily snack/ water bottle.
